Welcome to AeonFriend! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AeonFriend application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

AeonFriend provides an AI companion service designed for conversation, emotional support, and friendly interaction. Our Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AeonFriend and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, or material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate AeonFriend, an AeonFriend employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm AeonFriend or users of the Service.
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AeonFriend, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
